Abstract Submission Now Open
- Abstract submission for 15-min oral presentations and posters is now open. To submit an abstract, please download the abstract template below and follow the instructions enclosed.
- All researchers are welcome to submit abstracts for General Session 15-min oral presentations and poster sessions.
- Graduate students are encouraged to apply for the Graduate Student Oral Competition (5 students selected) or the Graduate Student Poster Competition (10 students selected). If not selected, abstracts will be considered for the General Session (oral or poster, as indicated).
- Notification date: Abstract decisions and competition selections will be communicated by April 10, 2026. Competition guidelines will be emailed to selected students.
- Registration requirement: All presenters and student competitors must be registered for the conference by April 20, 2026.
- Abstract submission deadline: March 15, 2026
